The Read Drohan Duo

A tasteful up-and-coming duo on the Melbourne music scene. Comprised of Sean Read on guitar and Luke Drohan on piano, the duo is always sure to deliver a unique night of music. Influenced by and performing compositions from renowned artists such as Pat Metheny, Keith Jarrett, The Beatles, Joni Mitchell and Bob Dylan, the repertoire is set to include new and interesting takes on jazz standards, as well as popular songs, folk songs and more modern pieces, as well a few originals.  Sean and Luke have spent recent years studying jazz performance at Monash University under masters Stephen Magnusson and Tony Gould amongst others.
