Like any good Margherita pizza, Adam Russo deftly mixes the three classic ingredients: swinging jazz standards (the basil), fiery guitar playing (the mozzarella), and the friendly charm (the tomato), to bring a little bit of ‘La Dolce Vita’ to the Moldy Fig in December. The classic songs of Louis Prima and Dean Martin, sprinkled with some traditional Italian folk and French chanson, are the perfect accompaniment to a nice glass of wine on your Friday night.
